The Midlife Becoming Experience
is a 4-week journey for women who are ready to move out of the ACHE and into ACTION!
What to Expect:
Over four weeks, you’ll move from unnamed ache to grounded clarity—at a pace that honors where you are. Each session builds on the last, offering structure, support, and space to listen, integrate, and take meaningful action.

90-minute guided discovery session. We’ll use the Ache-to-Action Reset™ to help you locate what's been quietly calling for your attention and translate it into language that makes sense.

45-minute clarity session. You'll identify your focus and your first small, sustainable, ‘true-to-you’ step.

Brief but vital touchpoint. A 30-minute recalibration to name what's showing up (the resistance, the doubt, the old patterns)—because integration needs breathing room and compassionate truth-telling, not more pressure.

90-minute closing session. We’ll integrate what you've learned and create your next-steps plan as the woman you're becoming.
You’ll also receive:
