A Private 6-Month Coaching

For the woman who’s ready to rebuild her life from the inside out.

There comes a moment when insight is no longer enough.

You've begun listening to yourself. You've named the ache. You've started telling yourself the truth.

Now you're ready for something deeper.

You're ready to rebuild your life from the inside out. Not through dramatic reinvention. But through thousands of small decisions that begin to change everything: what you say yes to, what you say no to, what you ask for, what you stop tolerating, and what you finally allow yourself to want.

This isn’t six months of coaching.

It's six months of becoming the woman who no longer abandons herself.

The woman who trusts her own voice. Who honors what she needs. Who can disappoint someone without immediately abandoning herself. Who no longer builds her life around everyone else's expectations. Who becomes the safest place she's ever known.

Because lasting change isn't created through one breakthrough. It's created through living differently.

One conversation. One decision. One boundary.

One act of self-trust at a time.

Imagine waking up…

...without immediately thinking about everyone else.

Imagine making decisions without second-guessing yourself.

Imagine trusting your intuition before asking five other people what they think.

Imagine feeling at home in your own life.

Imagine becoming someone you genuinely enjoy spending time with.

That's what we're building together.

Why I created Remember…

I didn’t create this experience because I had all the answers. I created it because I know what it feels like to lose sight of yourself.

Years ago, I made a decision to have breast implant surgery. There was a voice inside me telling me to wait. I heard it. I overrode it.

Forty-eight hours after surgery, I stood in front of the mirror, looked at a body I barely recognized, and thought: What did you do?

My breast size was much larger than I had requested. The surgeon made his decision while I was unconscious. He told the nurses, “Hell, she can handle it.”

The smile in this photo hides the physical discomfort and ailments I carried, for years — but I also carried something harder to name. I had chosen surgery while disconnected from myself, and afterward, I trusted myself even less.

Eventually another voice became impossible to ignore:

You need to have your implants removed.

This time, slowly, I began listening.

I researched. I asked questions. I found the right surgeon. And when I finally sat across from her, I said something I had needed to say for years:

I’m not fine with what was done to me. I want them out. I need to reclaim my body.

Looking back, I understand that moment differently now. I was becoming a safe place for myself. Not because I suddenly had every answer. But because I heard myself — and instead of abandoning what I heard, I acted on it.

This is the relationship I want every woman to know how to build.

As an adoptee, as a mother, and as a woman in midlife, I’ve seen how easily we can become fluent in everyone else’s needs while losing touch with our own.

The work that changed my life wasn’t becoming someone new. It was learning how to become someone I could trust.

Today, it’s my privilege to guide other women through that same journey.

A little more about who you’ll be working with…

I help women build the relationship with themselves that they were never taught to have.

Not by asking them to become someone new. But by helping them come back to the woman who has been there all along.

I don't believe you're broken. I believe you've spent years living according to stories that were never yours to carry. And I believe there's extraordinary freedom in discovering that you don't have to keep living by them.

I'm an author, speaker, and certified wellness coach with advanced studies in leadership psychology through Cornell University. My work is grief-informed and grounded in the belief that healing doesn't come from becoming someone else—it comes from learning to trust yourself again.

Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of walking alongside women through identity shifts, grief, motherhood, adoption, relationship changes, and the profound awakenings that often arrive in midlife.
