I’ve felt invisible. Boxed in. Bone tired.
I’ve wrestled with the grief of who I thought I had to be—and the fear of who I might become.
But through unboxing, I found freedom. And now, I help other women do the same.
I'm certified in Women's Wellness Coaching, grief informed, and trained in Leadership Psychology from Cornell University.
I’ve guided women from all walks of life to stop shrinking and start living.
